Fincate was established by Robert Lewis, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and Founder of an independent financial advisory firm. With over 20 years in financial services, Robert has spent the past 12 years delivering financial education to large corporations, organisations, and charities. This experience inspired him to create Fincate, aiming to extend financial education to a broader audience.

Joining him is Ella Catherall, who holds Chartered qualifications with the CII in financial planning and a degree in economics and accountancy. Their team also includes experts from the fields of chartered accountancy and family law, ensuring that Fincate’s courses are both comprehensive and practical.

This financial stress significantly impacts workplace productivity, with financially stressed employees nearly five times more likely to be distracted by their finances at work.
